HOMES FOR SALE
We currently have several homes available for purchase within our community. All homes are independently owned by residents and may be offered as private sales or listed through a realtor. For pricing, showings, and additional details, please contact the individual seller or the listing realtor directly.
Lot rent is $555 per month, which includes garbage and recyclables. Additional lot charges include $35 base water and sewer charge, plus metered usage charge, and monthly home tax. Lot rent total is approximately $610* per month.
*Monthly lot rent varies per bill depending on home tax, water usage, and pet fee - $40 per dog.
All potential residents must fill out a residential application. A $15 credit check and a $10 background check is also required per applicant, due at time of application.
